We may be deep in the throes of winter, but we have the Spring MAA Seaway Section meeting to look forward to!! This spring the meeting is hosted by the Department of Math, CS, and Statistics at SUNY Oneonta -- thank you for having us!! Local organizer Leah Bridgers just finished a term as Chair of the Section.
Deadlines to keep in mind:
- Abstract Submission: March 7
- Banquet Registration: March 14
- Lunch Registration: March 14
You may still register for the meeting after these dates and onsite when you arrive, but you won't be able to attend the banquet or the lunch if your registration occurs after March 14.
We'll have several special events, including a Workshop on Leadership in the Mathematical Sciences, a Friday afternoon Seaway NExT workshop, and a special session on history of math -- stay tuned for more details on these events and our invited speakers!
